 1.New vendors are evaluated and selected based on their abilities to supply qualified products, which meet our criteria including formal trade reference and audit.

 2.Qualification ofvendors is classified as manufacturer, franchised distributor, OEM/EMS and others with preference dated from vendor code set up.

 3. Vendor transactions history is reported quarterly to practice the systematic credit management.

 4.Evaluation is initiated quarterly to ratevendors base on quality, delivery, corrective action, result report and rationality of shipment issues and quality issues.
